During the last two weeks I got some baby caterpillars on my swan plants.          Yes, I was very excited.                                                                                                                                          I pulled out a swan plant and replanted it in a pot.                                                               The caterpillars were all eating very healthily and getting bigger.                                               Yesterday, I saw that two of my caterpillars were making their cocoons.                    It was amazing that they were making cocoons already.                                                       I am excited waiting for  a butterfly to hatch.                                                                           At the moment the cocoons are light green with little gold dots around the middle.

ここ数週間、草を観察していて、きれいなあげはちょうの、いもむしを待っていた。

なんと、やっと見つけた！これでちょうになるまでかんさつするよ。

すごくたのしみ。まゆをつくったりするんだよね。

A few months ago I planted some swan plants                                                               because I wanted to find some caterpillars.

The caterpillars like to eat the leaves of the swan plants.                                               The caterpillars will keep eating until they are fat enough to make their cocoons and they will hatch into new lives of lovely Monarch butterflies!                                   I hope it will work as I expect!!
